Telangana BJP credits Modi government's welfare schemes for women's empowerment

Hyderabad, Oct 16 (UNI) BJP Telangana President N. Ramchander Rao on Friday said welfare programmes launched by the Narendra Modi-led NDA government had benefited crores of women across the country, while accusing the Congress government in Telangana of failing to ensure women's safety. Addressing the BJP Mahila Morcha state executive meeting here, attended by its national president and MP Roop Kumari Choudhary, Rao urged party women leaders to take the Centre's welfare schemes to every household.
