Cotecna acquires Hyderabad-based Energon Labs to expand pharmaceutical testing capabilities

Hyderabad, Oct 16 (UNI) Cotecna, a global provider of testing, inspection and certification services, on Friday said it has acquired Hyderabad-based analytical testing laboratory Energon Labs to strengthen its life sciences platform and expand its pharmaceutical testing capabilities. The acquisition expands Cotecna's services across the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device and packaging sectors, the company said in a release. Energon serves customers in India, the United States, the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East. Energon Labs is a cGMP-compliant, USFDA-inspected laboratory certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 standards.
