Bengaluru, Oct 9 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar is opposing the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls to please someone in Delhi, BJP state chief spokesperson Ashwath Narayan alleged on Friday, accusing the Congress of taking contradictory positions on the exercise.
