AP: Opposition YSRCP demands BC census

Vijayawada, Oct 13 (UNI) YSR Congress Party leader and former MP Margani Bharat demanded an immediate BC census and the appointment of a special BC Commission to establish accurate population figures and formulate a comprehensive reservation policy. Addressing the media at YSRCP headquarters, he urged the Chandrababu Naidu government to pass an Assembly resolution, press the Centre for constitutional amendments and secure proportionate representation for Backward Classes.
