Kakinada: BJP lashes out at YSRCP over move to stall local body polls

Kakinada, Oct 6 (UNI) The BJP Kakinada district unit on Tuesday lashed out at the YSRCP over its alleged move to stall the local body elections by approaching the Supreme Court. Addressing a press conference here, BJP district president Bikkina Visweswara Rao and senior leader Duvvuri Subrahmanyam said it was unfair for the YSRCP to seek directions to the Andhra Pradesh government against conducting local body elections until completion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
