Tirupati, Sept 30 (UNI) Gold-plated elephant and lion vahanams worth around Rs. 40 lakh were donated to TTD-run Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram near Tirupati on Wednesday. The vahanams were donated by Hyderabad-based devotees P.V. Lakshmi Reddy and P.V. Divya Priyanka. Lakshmi Reddy donated the lion vahanam, while Divya Priyanka donated the elephant vahanam. They handed over the offerings to temple Special Grade Deputy Executive Officer Varalakshmi at the Vahana Mandapam. The vahanams will be used during the temple's annual Brahmotsavams.
