Odisha Vigilance arrests Assistant Director of Factories and Boilers in DA case

Bhubaneswar, Sep 30 (UNI) Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday arrested Assistant Director of Factories and Boilers, Sambalpur, Umakant Samantaray, for allegedly possessing disproportionate assets and will produce him before the Court of the Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur, official sources said. Vigilance sources said searches conducted at various properties linked to Samantaray revealed assets allegedly disproportionate to his known sources of income, including four multi-storeyed buildings-two in Bhubaneswar and one in Puri-one 3-BHK flat and 30 high-value plots.
