Woman dies in freak mishap after saree gets stuck in cutting machine, drags her

Chennai, Sep 18 (UNI) A woman died in a freak mishap after her saree got caught in a cutting machine and dragged her into it at a paperboard manufacturing factory at Sivakasi in the southern Virudhungar district of Tamil Nadu on Friday. According to reports received here, the deceased was identified as Pandiammal, a resident of Sivakasi. She was working as a cutter in the unit.
