Plea in Madras HC seeking CBI probe into high profile sexual assault case against Granite baron Veeramani

Chennai, Sep 25 (UNI) A plea demanding a Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) probe into the high-profile case involving Granite baron R.Veeramani of Gem Granites, who was arrested under POCSO Act for sexually assaulting minor girls over the years, was made in the Madras High Court on Thursday and the First Bench said it would be heard if it was filed in the form of a petition.
