Madras HC dismisses fresh plea seeking CBI probe into Veeramani POCSO cases

Chennai, OCt 16 (UNI) The Madras High Court, on Friday dismissed as withdrawn yet another PIL seeking to transfer the probe in the POCSO case involving grantine baron R.Veeramani to the CBI. This was for second time in two days a plea seeking a similar prayer was dismissed as withdrawn. In the fresh plea filed by one Devarajan, the First Bench of Chief Justice SA.
