Why deny RSS rallies in peaceful TN while it was allowed in J and K facing terrorist threats : Madras HC asks police

Chennai, Oct 14 (UNI) The Madras High Court on Wednesday questioned the police for denying permission for RSS rallies, asking why such events, allowed in Jammu and Kashmir facing terrorist threats, but not in Tamil Nadu, described as a peaceful state. Justice V. Lakshminarayanan raised the questions while hearing a petition filed by RSS State Secretary Jagadeesan seeking a directive to the police to grant permission to hold rallies across Tamil Nadu on October 18 or 25, or November 1.
