Vijayakanth's son to withdraw 2024 poll plea challenging TNCC Chief's LS win

Chennai, Sep 28 (UNI) DMDK Youth Wing Secretary V.Vijaya Prabhakaran, who is also the son of late DMDK Founder and actor-politician Vijayakanth, has decided to withdraw the petition filed before the Madras High Court challenging the victory of TNCC President B.Manickam Tagore in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from the Virudhunagar constituency. He filed a plea in this regard before Justice N.Sathish Kumar stating that he wanted to focus on public life and did not wish to continue with the litigation process pending for the last two years.
