TGHRC recommends Rs 5 lakh compensation to parents of child killed in stray dog attack

Hyderabad, Sep 18 (UNI) The Telangana Human Rights Commission (TGHRC), headed by Chairperson Dr Justice Shameem Akther, has recommended Rs 5 lakh compensation to the parents of a three-year-old boy, Master Nithun Powar, who died after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs at Rupla Thanda village in Shivampet mandal of Medak district on July 18, 2025.
