Hyd: STAR Hospitals trains 5,000 people in CPR on World Heart Day

Hyderabad, Sept. 29 (UNI) STAR Hospitals, in association with the Janatha Hrudayalaya Foundation and the Cardiological Society of India-Telangana Chapter (TGCSI), trained around 5,000 students, staff and parents in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at a programme held at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul in Moinabad on Tuesday to mark World Heart Day. The initiative, led by Dr M Hanumantha Reddy, Senior Interventional Cardiologist at STAR Hospitals, aimed to raise awareness about cardiac emergencies and equip participants with basic life-saving skills. Abhilasha Bisht, DGP and Director of the RBVRR Telangana Police Academy and in-charge DGP (Training), Telangana, attended the programme as the chief guest.…
