Telangana Governor backs breast cancer awareness campaign; Lok Bhavan illuminated in pink

Hyderabad, Sep 30 (UNI) Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Wednesday extended his support to the 18th edition of the 'Paint the City Pink' campaign organised by the Ushalakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation (UBF), stressing the importance of breast cancer awareness and early detection. Lok Bhavan was illuminated in pink on Wednesday evening to mark the beginning of International Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Governor, along with Padma Shri awardee and UBF founder and chairman Dr. P. Raghu Ram, supported the initiative.
