Humanitarian aid brings relief to nine-year-old with Prader-Willi syndrome

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 7 (UNI) A nine-year-old boy from Palakkad suffering from Prader-Willi syndrome and severe sleep-related breathing difficulties has received a BiPAP machine worth around Rs one lakh, enabling him to get respiratory support at home. The machine was arranged and donated by Mattancherry-based philanthropist Mukesh Jain and his wife Bhavana after learning about the child's condition and the financial difficulties faced by his family.
