Japanese filmmaker traces Sato Tadao's love for Kummatty at IDSFFK

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 26 (UNI) Japanese filmmaker and critic Mizuho Terasaki's search for the cinematic treasure that renowned Japanese film critic Sato Tadao saw in G. Aravindan's iconic Malayalam film Kummatty has brought her to Kerala and the 18th International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala (IDSFFK). Terasaki's feature-length documentary Journey into Sato Tadao, which explores the life and cinematic world of the influential critic and his deep admiration for Kummatty, will be screened at Kairali Theatre on September 27 as part of IDSFFK.
