AP Cyclone: 273 relief centres set up for people living in low-lying areas

Machilipatnam, Oct 26 (UNI) Krishna district collector DK Balaji has said that 273 relief centres have been set up for the people living in low-lying areas and appealed to them to reach the centres in view of a very severe Arnab cyclonic storm brewing at sea. Talking to mediapersons here on Monday, the Collector asked the people living in low-lying areas to remain alert as Cyclone Arnab would cause heavy rainfall and strong gales with speeds reaching 115 to 120 kmph between the afternoon of October 27th and 28th.
