AP: 2,131 cyclone shelters kept ready, alert messages being sent to 2.70 crore mobiles

Vijayawada, Oct 27 (UNI) As Andhra Pradesh government is bracing for the Arnab cyclone, it has kept ready 2,131 shelters in 20 districts and sent alert messages to over 2.70 crore mobiles. Twelve NDRF and 10 SDRF teams have been deployed in 14 districts. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, flanked by Home Minister V Anitha and IT Minister N Lokesh, reviewed the arrangements made to tackle the Arnab cyclonic storm efficiently on Tuesday.
