Kochi, Oct 24 (UNI) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has reported a 21.45% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 4,863 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27, even as revenue from operations rose 29.78% to Rs 1,57,818 crore. The company, a Maharatna public sector undertaking and a Fortune Global 500 enterprise, had registered a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,191 crore on revenue of Rs 1,21,605 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
