Backward Communities protest against Kerala PSC over reservation violations, backdoor appointments

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 6 (UNI) The Most Backward Communities Federation (MBCF) on Tuesday took out a march to the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) headquarters here, demanding an overhaul of the reservation and recruitment system and an end to alleged reservation violations, backdoor appointments and irregularities in rank lists. The federation, representing unrepresented, occupational and disadvantaged backward communities included in the Kerala Government's OBC list, particularly raised concerns over the reservation available to Other Backward Hindu (OBH) communities, which do not have a separately prescribed reservation percentage.
