New Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 12 (UNI) Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Monday accused the Election Commission of alleged irregularities in the name of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, claiming that the process was being used to favour the BJP.
