Telangana deputes five IAS officers to inspect Yadadri power plant

Hyderabad, Oct. 15 (UNI) The Telangana government has deputed five IAS officers to inspect coal handling and power generation at the Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS) from October 15 to 30, amid concerns over generation shortfalls and power supply disruptions. Issuing orders here on Thursday, Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju directing the officers to review the functioning of all four generating units, examine coal-handling systems and identify reasons for interruptions or loss of power generation.
