Telangana govt moves to clear decades-old pending ULC applications

Hyderabad, Sep 27 (UNI) The Telangana government has initiated measures to resolve Urban Land Ceiling (ULC) applications pending for decades, State Revenue, Housing and Information & Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said on Sunday. In an official statement, the Minister said the previous government had issued a Government Order in 2016 to address pending ULC applications, but its non-implementation resulted in thousands of cases remaining unresolved for years, causing difficulties to people in matters relating to land rights and transactions.
