Odisha: OSOU begins first-ever recruitment of regular faculty

Bhubaneswar, Sep 27 (UNI) In a first, Odisha State Open University (OSOU) has begun recruitment of regular faculty, putting in place a stringent selection process involving three-tier scrutiny of applications, public disclosure of provisional eligibility and an eight-member Selection Board. The recruitment covers Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor posts in Cyber Security, BBA, Political Science, Odia, History, English, Commerce and Economics. The university issued advertisements for the posts in May 2026 and has since undertaken scrutiny of applications, grievance redressal and preparations for document verification and interviews.
