AP: Engineer among three killed as crane falls on them

Tirupati, Sep 29 (UNI) A civil engineer and two workers were killed while two workers were injured when a massive crane fell on them near the Sri Convention Centre at DBR road here on Tuesday. Police said that a private hotel is under construction on the DBR road. When the works were being carried using a huge crane, which was placed on a track, the crane collapsed and fell on the workers. The deceased were identified as Civil Engineer Sandeep (34) who was supervising the works, Rama Rao (45) who hailed from Odisha State and Chengaiah (40). The bodies were…
