Panchkula, Oct 21 (UNI) The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a fresh spell of rainfall over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on October 24 and 25, while warning of very heavy rainfall in parts of southern India and the possible intensification of a developing low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal later this week.
