IMD warns of thunderstorms, winds gusting to 60 kmph in Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi from Oct 10-12

Panchkula, Oct 9 (UNI) The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday warned of thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds gusting up to 60 kmph at isolated places in Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi from October 10 to 12, while Punjab is likely to experience thunderstorms and winds reaching 50 kmph during the same period. In its latest All India Weather Summary and Forecast Bulletin, issued at 4.30 pm, the weather department said winds of 40-50 kmph, gusting to 60 kmph, were likely at isolated places across Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi during the three-day period.
