Haryana opens first tourist police post at Mansa Devi temple

Panchkula, Oct 11 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated the state's first Tourist Police Post at the Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple complex here, with a dedicated 20-member force and a surveillance network of more than 100 CCTV cameras to enhance the safety of devotees. The post will function as an integrated assistance centre where pilgrims can receive guidance on darshan queues, VIP arrangements, langar, prasad, parking and transport, as well as register complaints and file FIRs without having to visit the Mata Mansa Devi Police Station, located two kilometres away, officials said.
