Police attaches residential property in Baramulla under UAPA in terror-related case

Srinagar, Sept 23 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Police in Baramulla district attached a double-storeyed residential house under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in connection with a case involving alleged support to terrorist activities. The property, located at Namblan village in the Sheeri area of Baramulla, belonged to accused Aijaz Ahmad Ganie, police said. The action was taken in connection with FIR No. 37/2026 registered at Police Station Sheeri under Sections 7/25 of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 18, 19, 20, 23, 38 and 39 of the UAPA.
