Pensioners seek cut in 15-year commuted pension restoration period, push for 11-year relief pending review

Panchkula, Sep 23 (UNI) A national pensioners' body has asked the Centre and the 8th Central Pay Commission to reconsider the 15-year waiting period for restoration of commuted pension, seeking restoration after 11 years as an interim measure and a fresh actuarial review to determine whether the existing period remains justified.
