Azamgarh: Police gun down man accused of murdering four

Azamgarh, Sep 23 (UNI) Police shot dead a person in an encounter, who is an accused of murdering his wife, son, and two priests in Azamgarh on late Tuesday night. Fearing capture, the accused held his three children hostage in a room. During this, he killed one of the children and opened indiscriminate fire on the police. The killer, Arvind Singh (42), was killed in retaliatory action by the ATS, Special Operations Group (SOG), and the police.
