BJP MLA Sudhir Sharma seeks probe into alleged damage to government property during Congress protest

Shimla, September 25 (UNI)BJP leader and Dharamshala MLA Sudhir Sharma on Friday demanded an impartial probe into allegations of damage to government property, misbehaviour with police personnel and threats of arson during the Congress protest outside the Election Commission office at Kusumpti here, saying the law must apply equally to ruling and opposition parties. Sharma said peaceful protest was a democratic right, but damaging public property, obstructing government employees or threatening violence could not be justified under any circumstances.
