Lucknow, Sept 18 (UNI) The CPI(ML) has described the central government's decision to impose a fee on UPI payments for purchases above two thousand rupees immediately after the BRICS summit in Delhi as another blow to the common man, an act of increasing inflation and appeasing the United States.
