Lucknow, Sept 27 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that members of the Congress and the Samajwadi Party (SP) did not attend the Ram Mandir's foundation-laying ceremony or the consecration (Pran-Pratishtha) of Ram Lalla, despite receiving invitations, because they were focused on their vote banks. "They feared that their 'jali' caps (skullcaps) might slip off.
