Punjab: HC stays proceedings against Amarinder Singh's former OSD, 2 others in Rs 65 lakh graft case

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) The Punjab and Haryana High Court today stayed further proceedings against former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh's ex-Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Sandeep Singh Sandhu and two others in a Rs 65-lakh alleged streetlight fund misappropriation case, after the petitioners questioned the trial court's intervention in the investigation and the filing of supplementary chargesheets.
