Gurugram court sentences man to 20 years in prison for raping minor

Gurugram, Oct 7 (UNI) A Gurugram court has sentenced a man to 20 years' imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 30,000 after convicting him under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in a case involving the rape of a 15-year-old minor. According to Gurugram Police, the case dates back to October 14, 2021, when the girl's family reported her missing at Sadar Sohna police station.
