Allahabad HC rejects bail plea of Chinese national in PCB microchip smuggling case

Prayagraj, Sep 29 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday rejected the third bail plea of Chinese national Zeng Deye, who is accused of illegally extracting PCB microchips and silicon from mobile phone scrap and smuggling them abroad. The court, while considering the seriousness of the allegations, their potential impact on national economic interests and the possibility of the accused fleeing the country, declined to grant him bail.
