Haryana RERA Tribunal Chairman to get domestic attendant benefit after retirement

Panchkula, Sep 28 (UNI) The Haryana government has extended a post-retirement benefit to the Chairman of the Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, allowing him to engage a domestic attendant after demitting office, according to a regulation notified by the tribunal. The regulation, issued under Section 53 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 25 of the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, provides that the tribunal chairman will be entitled to engage an attendant for domestic help after retirement.
