UPRERA gives approval to 15 real estatProjects across 8 districts of UP

Lucknow, Oct 13 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority today approved 15 real estate projects across eight districts of the state, paving the way for fresh investment and expansion of residential and commercial infrastructure. The approved projects involve a proposed investment of RsRs1,226.57 crore and envisage the development of 1,549 residential and commercial units. The projects are expected to accelerate construction-related activities in the respective districts and generate direct and indirect employment.
