Himachal expands nutritional support for government school students to twice a week

Shimla, September 23 (UNI)The Himachal Pradesh government has approved the provision of supplementary nutritional items to students from Nursery to Class VIII twice a week under the Mukhya Mantri Bal Paushtik Aahaar Yojna, strengthening nutritional support alongside the Mid-Day Meal programme. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said the state government was committed to improving the health and nutritionallĺ lĺl well-being of children studying in government schools.
