Chandigarh, Oct 8 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday urged the GST Council to provide another one-time opportunity for taxpayers to appeal against orders from the initial years of the tax regime, citing 646 cases involving demands of Rs 567.43 crore that were rejected solely because of filing delays.
