UPFSDA strikes hard against adulteration, seize 20,924 kg of food items before Navratri

Lucknow, Oct 10 (UNI) To provide safe, pure and quality food items to the people during the Navratri festival, the Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) has intensified enforcement action across Uttar Pradesh under the "Shuddh Hi Shubh Hai" campaign. In the action that continued until late night on October 9, state and district-level enforcement teams conducted intensive inspections of establishments engaged in the manufacture, storage and sale of adulterated or misbranded food items.
