Solan, Oct 29 (UNI) In a major boost to horticultural resilience and pest management across Himachal Pradesh, Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry (UHF), Nauni, has initiated the establishment of a state-of-the-art Plant Health Diagnostic Clinic for Entrepreneurship Development at its constituent College of Horticulture and Forestry (COH&F) in Neri, Hamirpur.
