Dharamshala, Sept 23 (UNI) Language is not merely a means of communication but the foundation of a nation's memory, knowledge and cultural continuity, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) Prof Sat Prakash Bansal said.
