CEC postpones his Meerut and Varanasi visit

Lucknow, Sep 25 (UNI) Chief Election Commissioner CEC) Gyanesh Kumar has reportedly postponed his official programs in Meerut and Varanasi . The decision was taken in view of the recent developments after media reports of a decent note by two commissioners over the ongoing SIR. According to sources here on Friday, in Meerut, CEC was scheduled to attend a regional conference of Electoral Literacy Clubs (ELC 2.0) and ECINET and a dialogue with youth today.
