Dharamshala, Sept 16 (UNI) The traditional Sair festival holds a special place in the rich folk culture of Himachal Pradesh's Kangra region, celebrating nature, the new harvest and prosperity. Observed after the monsoon months of Sawan and Bhadon, the festival brings a wave of festivity to rural communities, with families preparing traditional delicacies and coming together to share happiness.
