Ghaziabad District Excise Officer Sanjay Kumar suspended with immediate effect

Lucknow, Oct 30 (UNI) On the instructions of the state Excise and Prohibition Minister (Independent Charge), Nitin Agarwal, the Uttar Pradesh government on Friday has suspended Ghaziabad District Excise Officer Sanjay Kumar with immediate effect for gross negligence in his duties, failure to curb the sale of illegal liquor, and violation of service conduct rules. Disciplinary and departmental proceedings have been initiated against him under the Uttar Pradesh Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.
