Power dept acts against nearly 30 houses in Hisar over illegal connections, power theft

Panchkula, Sep 16 (UNI) The power department has taken action against nearly 30 houses in Hisar during a joint checking operation with Haryana Police against illegal electricity connections and power theft, according to a police press note issued here on Wednesday. The drive was conducted in Ambedkar Basti under the Padav police post area, where police and power department teams carried out door-to-door inspections, the press note said.
