Two arrested in Panipat ATM card swapping fraud, Rs 60,000 recovered

Panipat, Nov 2 (UNI) Panipat police have arrested two men for allegedly swapping ATM cards to fraudulently withdraw money from bank accounts, while recovering Rs 60,000 and a motorcycle used in the crime. A police spokesman on Monday identified the duo as Pradeep alias Deepa alias Thapa, son of Samundar, and Sanjay, son of Amar Singh, both residents of Chandpur Majbada in Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh.
